Unlocking the door to her place and looking behind her, the male behind her had leaned against the wall and was the picture of cool. Shaking her head with a smile she stepped back " you can come in."
All that slinky swagger walked past her then she shut the door, He had not been to this place this was newer. Watching him touch things and flip through her records then flop on the couch stretched out Dawn smiled and went to get him a beer. Tossing it to him and popping her own bottle of water D sat near enough to him but, wouldn't crowd his personal space. Watching for a moment unsure what to say because everything she wanted to say seemed like it would be heavy or mood changing. So she did what she did best in awkward situations and went with funny.
making a face at him ,he gave her a weird look she started laughing and the silence was broken. At some point there was wrestling playfully on the couch and floor that stemmed from her walking past and dropping ice down his shirt. When the wrestling slowed to the point of her being pinned under him and his eyes locked with hers it got serious for a moment. She waited to see if he would kiss her, lips parted chest heaving from laughing so hard. Luey groaned and grazed her mouth with a soft but unsatisfying short kiss, before pulling her into his arms against the couch and just sitting with her. Not wanting to push she just starting telling him things about the past few months. Things she'd seen or had happen to her and why honestly she hadn't text-ed besides the fact she had to ditch the other phone. He nodded a lot, laughing occasionally and just seemed to let her ramble.
Yawning then feeling him tug her to her feet and walk her to her bed room, it could have gotten weird when he started peeling her free of her clothing but it was just to tuck her in. Laying next to her and noticing the sun was starting to rise, D fell asleep not long after that and woke to find Luey had gone. Shaking her head she noticed he'd forgotten his shades and picked up the phone to text him such. Laying back down and drifting back off for a while it was to early to be up.
